When I create a dialog box and want to make it give someone 9999 minerals when clicked, would I create the trigger separately, or would I do within the Dialog box trigger?
And if I wanted to do this, how would I make it on a % basis?

Then if then else,
If it's less then or equal to 15 give player minerals,
else, kill player.

You can do it either way, within the Dialog box trigger or through another separate trigger.
I don't really understand the last question, but if it's anything that I think it is, then it's most likely possible.
Say you click on a dialog box, and it has a 15% chance to give you minerals and a 85% chance of death, how would you set up the % basis?
