How do you play multiple instances of the same sound through triggers? It just resets if the sound is still playing. This is for cinematic purposes, and obviously you can't make realistic cinematics if you can only play the sound one at a time. Imagine what this game would sound like if 50 marines firing their gauss rifles only produced one sound.
I really don't want to go into the data editor because this has nothing to do with units or spells.
change the data of the sound that's being played. I think there's an option in there that overrides the same sound, and if there isn't, you can probably change the sound cut off so instead of fading it just plays anew, which you may be able to trick into sounding right. Course, you could copy and paste the sound, changing its name, and run both at the same time.
Try any of those, Iunno.
