I want to create a button(using a dialog box, I can figure out how to make a Dialog since someone else helped me make one and i can refrance to that), But I want the button to appear after the game ends and I want the button to Give an option to Restart game Via Votes
And what seem to be an issue? I suppose it's for your chop forest map, right? You'd have remove all units, recreate all of mined out trees and start buildings/units. Maybe randomize start locations. What exactly you want to know?
I'm with DuckyTheDuck on this one: not too sure what exactly you're after yet... resetting? how to set up voting?
Regardless, if what you want to do is collect votes, then possibly do a 100% restart (like going back through load screen), I'm not sure that's possible.
I suppose the most practical way would be to display a "Restart?" button at the end of the game, see if the number of votes is greater than the number of players, and if so, run a trigger that resets variables and other things back to the initialized state of the map.

@Taintedwisp: Go
FYI I don't think the Restart Game trigger works on Battle.net, only on offline maps. I haven't tested that to be sure, however.
