in my map there are 2 teams, and i want the actor to only show for the team that is in control of the bomb. How would i do this? I believe i'm using an "attach model to unit" trigger
I'm not so sure, but you have to be more specific, which unit did you attach the model to ? The default attach trigger function will probably inherit all characteristic from the parent model and visible in fog of war might be one of them. You might need to dig into data editing a little bit to fix this
Sup progammer.
I attached the RaynorD8Charge to my Ghost(Laser Lines) overhead. I'll check the flags and stuff in the data editor when i get home from work i suppose.
Actually i just checked it now, it had some visibility flags checked to on, so that was probably it. I'll test when i get home.
Hey, remember me? kezaron, played your map yesterday and thought i remembered something about this, I don't remember this being a problem tho so I assume its fixed.
It's still a problem, however i removed the bomb floating over the persons head for now. I really want to know how it's done in Raynor Party how in the tank game they have a floaty banana over the tank.

Sadly, the actor is still visible through the fog when using "Attach model to unit" trigger. The exact model name is "Raynord8Charge(Unnamed)".

How about creating a dummy behavior, that will have an actor adding the bomb overhead? have you tried that?
