Im making a new team for a map like HeroesIII in SC1 if your played/remember.
Its not map with Heroes that have special abilities etc., in this map you have starting worker, minerals, base(that gives you minerals each day),
and a starting army.
You need to build building so each day you will have bigger army.For example: You had 2zealots everyday, so when you build a warpgate, each day you will now have 3 zealots because warpgate add one zealot each day.
Thats the basic idea of the map, so now the team.
Im finding skilled ppl for:
!Triggers!
Data
!Terrain!
?Custom models?
EU Testers(later)

There already is one system that will provide turn based combat.
Wrote something about concept. I mean you are thinking of copying or remaking HoMM game in SC2 editor or creating new game based on HoMM mechanics ?
