Big problem with mission 23, the flamethrower cannon is clunky as hell, same for the railgun... Worse of all i can't make the Xantohs pass the door i opened from the inside on the south of the map since is too tight.
I had to grapple the doors and cheat, no other way to win without xanthos, plus the part with the beacon on the water... i never got there, maybe it was the way to open the other locked door... Nice missions but too clunky and bugged imho
i meant that the green box where you write texts doesn't appear on the center of the screen but on the bottom left corner, even on this steal-the-giant-mech mission, good stealth mission, even better when i pick up the big guy, only thing is that objective mark on the minimap doesn't disappear once completed... Can't wait to see that mech in action on the marauder squad
Good mission with good challenge and the only thing i noticed is that once again there are no differencies between aiur zealot and purifier zealot, one doesn't have AoE and the other doesn't respawn after death ...
I tryed a full mine map + DefilerRulezCampStrats® and it worked very well, i just realized at the start of the mission that at my first try i was sure (for whatever reason) to be unable to build towers of power...
I noticed that Sniperauders now uses hellion's projectile instead of the old one
The few minerals under the excavation machines doodads aren't minable, don't know if minable
You should add a dialogue or a tooltip on this mission, suggesting the player to don't immediately attack the train and instead collect all minerals first, otherwise they would be condemned to a defeat and giant waves every minute
The high health / low damage compound it's based on an infestable structure and from it i was able to spawn infestors / aberrations / infested terrans / infested civilians
What's the unit composition / attack timing / strategy to deal with the train ? Even big ass maraduer and armorauders gets melted when he reaches half health, and i don't even talk about the waves, so giant that no defensive walls can stand them
Is the mega wall of turrets strategy with 200/200 marauder army behind the strategy you used?
Plus a suggestion, can you make the main flying command center smaller? Or at least his selection ring smaller, it's so big that i can't select workers under it and sometimes i attack it for mistake
Did anyone beated "Train of Doom" without cheats? Maybe i didn't understand how it had to be done, but at half healt it begins to oneshot your units and the waves, even with defensive structures become too much to handle... Plus the compounds spawns infested for free... Didn't beated it even with infested, it melts everything i have... I didn't even touched the train at the beginning of the mission so i gathered thousands of minerals and gas... But still not enoguh... Maybe i had to do a giant double wall of cannons / compound around my main base mining and then move everything on the other expansion... Don't still know if the map is completely broken or if i took a wrong approach...
