Hi guys, I'm not sure where current discussion about the mod is going on, but I wanted to say you should add screenshots to the extension mod description. I think it would attract more players. But not those with all units side by side. Add some action involving the units and the good-looking strcutures.
Ok, I wont take the time to discuss every point here, but I have to comment on a few:
6) HotS clearly states that Shakuras if far from most Koprulu planets, protoss communications, the Niadra broodmother on that ship... Too far for standard communication. I dont remember it this idea collides with anything that happened before HotS but at least one intriguing consequence: In BW Kerrigan appears on Shakuras, even though she didn't help with the invasion of Aiur, so she couldnt have used a Warp Gate. So it seems travelling to Shakuras (from Char) wasn't a big deal back then.
7) More important: how does she even remember him? She only met Zeratul as the Queen of Blades. She didn't remember Abathur or Izsha, who are supposed to be by her side through her whole time as Queen of Blades. Blizzard made her memory loss very selective.
8 Maybe because she is psionic? Remember that some psionic abilities can melt terran brains.
14) Without the Queen of Blades they scattered, that's pretty logical to me. We can find several of these in missions later, specially evolution missions. Many others were probably destroyed by Terran and Protoss, or even fought each other.
15) Yeah Blizzard, WHY????
17) The communicator was on the Leviathan. I presume Kerrigan got one on Char. And she may have used it to contact the Raiders too, but I agree it is weird that thing works all the way to Zerus. The planet isnt even in the Koprulu sector, and no Terran or Protoss (except for Zeratul) have been there.
18) The Overmind didnt know where it was going, so it had to cover all the path searching for the Protoss. Kerrigan knew it, so she could warp back and forth. That a possible explanation, but even then I agree with you, it looks like Zerus is just around the corner.
20) It was a secret and mobile prison. They only found it because Orlan could access the network and find the next location. That's a good place to hide someone in my opinion when you PLANET PRISON has been busted.
24) He was always an independant infested Terran, he had his own brood! And I guess that was the original purpose. By HotS explanation that Cerebrate had help, and that's the mistery, who helped?
25) Yeah, one mission gimmicks and break lore. And why they had it on Skygeirr? Does that mean they had troubles with infested before or that they expected to have trouble? That makes some sense if you consider they were experimenting on Stukov...
26) Wait... have we seen Duran in SC2? ;-) As in 24, I think they suggested somebody helped the Cerebrate.
From now on, to all your points: it was Narud, not Duran, ok?
30) Yeah, that was stupid. "I am the random guy that come help you and tell plot stuff I shouldnt even know about."
32) She used a Nydus ;-)
34) More Leviathans than you have ever seen warp into orbit. Which ones would you nuke? which ones would you hit with Battlecruisers? Kerrigan asked Kilysa to use her Leviathans to engage the Dominion fleet.
38) Raynor didnt want to help before that.
39) That's one thing I've been asking myself. Maybe it wasn't the same powerful artifact anymore? Because Narud used its energies to ressurect Amon?
40) The artifact affects Zerg and Protoss, not just hivemind zerg. Remember that flying squid thing from the books? I think its has a similar function.
42) Her own telekinesis, the one she uses with that jump ability. But that was lame, if she had leaped to a flying zerg I'd find it ok, floating away like an angel looked totally off.
Are you guys using the cliff entrance doodad? Can I see a screenshot? Are there any special doodads you guys may need? Please don't go suggesting ultra-complex things like Zarxiel usually does ;-)
I agree with IeZaelsc2, if max control is interesting for some players but not for others it could be a game mode, so it could be selected before starting the map. Its easy to create and the maps will please both type of players.
@Cacho56: Go SC1 footprints were made to reflect an isometric view, SC2 footprints are made for a 3D setup, I see no point in changing them to look like they were in SC1. In fact some mods out there did that to a terrible result.
I really dont understand why change footprints, while we have things like colored icons. I remember I suggested monochrome icons a long time ago and the answer was: "SC2 engine allows for colored icons so we are not going back to the limitations of SC1". Are we really sticking to that thought?
@DEFILERRULEZ: Go that wouldnt be a good change, the only thing it does is to make that very early game longer and boring, because your only option is to make more of them.
@DEFILERRULEZ: Go The other one, the one that looks like a giant fat green larva is better for a Cerebrate. In fact some tweaks and a retexture would make it look like a very nice Cerebrate in my opinion.

Well, here I am reporting once more, I don't know how things are going for this project, But I'd like to know about the Liberty's Crusade part.
And a player reported a bug where in the last BW mission it won't display score screen or anything, screen simply turns to black.

@Cacho56: Go First thing you need to learn is the arcade icon height x width size.
Check the arcade icons I made, they're in the dropbox folder already.
@DEFILERRULEZ: Go So you change a footprint because a player whines his wall isnt big enough? Why does he need it to be bigger than 3x3?
As a Terran player I will whine because I can't wall my ramp using only one supply depot, please fix that!

Ohhh man you guys started changing footprints too? Jeez... I see the project going downhill in no time.
@DEFILERRULEZ: Go that wouldnt be a good change, the only thing it does is to make that very early game longer and boring, because your only option is to make more of them.
@Cacho56: Go lol.... so the mod will be known as SCRTGW? Very simple and easy to remember huh?
@DEFILERRULEZ: Go That mission looks nice, but why isn't water showing in the minimap? Ohhh if only the new Machine Shop had been added to the mod...
Citadel of Adun doesn't look nice among the others. Robotic is just plain ugly, and the left side of the Stargate looks out of place.
@DEFILERRULEZ: Go The other one, the one that looks like a giant fat green larva is better for a Cerebrate. In fact some tweaks and a retexture would make it look like a very nice Cerebrate in my opinion.
