Update: So currently I'm working on the Protoss chapter of my campaign and I've been playing around with how the tech tree is going to look like, so here's what I've got planned so far. The basic template will be the WoL multiplayer tech tree (http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Units/WoL)
Changes: -Adding Shield Battery -Replacing Stalker with Dragoon -Add Scout to Stargate -Replace Phoenix with Corsair -Replace Void Ray with Arbiter(Requiring Fleet Beacon) -Replace Colossus with Reaver -Add Dark Archon
I might remove Dark Shrines and just place Dark Templar under Templar Archives, not sure yet.
Now the biggest change I've thought about would be to Dark Templars, I was thinking about giving them an energy bar and giving them the cloak ability, what do you think?
Not that I know of, however I was asked by a guy on youtube, his channel is called Lorerunner, and he's said he was interested in playthought the campaign.
But I don't know when he'll start recording, if he'll do it at all.
The campaign is basically done, however we're having a problem setting up the background music, if anybody reading this has any experience in that field, could you lend me a hand?
Update: Mission 12 is currently being worked on, and the ingame music has been picked out, then I'll be play testing the campaign and I'll have something out before the end of next week.
I have some exciting news everybody! I've found somebody to work on editing and currently missions 1-3 of Redux: HotS, are complete.
I won't be posting the campaign until all 12 missions are ready for testing, but at the rate we're going it shouldn't take any longer than 2 months.
Wish us luck.
Update: The protoss script is, for the most part, done. It's being given the once over to touch up and starting this weekend I'll begin writing the terran campaign. I have to go back through the zerg campaign script and that is why I haven't posted it up yet. I'm probably going to wait until all three are completely finished before posting them, hopefully in a week or two.
Update: I've been busy this week, rewriting the Heart of the Swarm campaign with the player being an nameless Broodmother in the swarm, as well as reworking some of the dialogue and I gotta say, I'm really happy with the results. I think this new version feels more like StarCraft not because of the 1st person perspective, but the dialogue has a bit more campiness to it that just feels right. I should be posting the finished script either tomorrow or next week and then I'll continue with the Legacy of the Void campaign.
Okay so I've rewritten the first mission for Heart of the Swarm twice.
Once with the player removed from the story and one with the player being a broodmother of the zerg
I have my own idea of which sounds better but I'd to hear outside opinions.
Update: Haven't updated for two months but I'm still working on this project.
However I've hit a snag and need anyone who is willing to email me certain map files from LotV.
Specifically I need Sky Shield, Brothers in Arms and Templar's Charge.
PM me if you can oblige.
Well I did sign-up to have a project page, but it's been a week and it hasn't been approved, but I will try again later.
Now as for your concerns with cannon, I wrote my story with what was established in SC1 and nothing else, I've never read the SC novels and I don't feel like restricting myself to Blizzards cannon, which If I can be frank is god awful, in my opinion or course.
I don't expect everyone to love my reboot of SC2, but for those that like the cannon the way it is, they have SC2. This is for people like me who feel that Blizzard completely dropped the ball and decided to just design a game and slap a generic story on to it because they feel that, it's a video game and who cares about the story.
Well I care, and this is my way of showing respect for the original series.
I readed all and i think is awesome, i am not too happy with having to kill Kerrigan... Yeah is better of "In to the Void" Kerrigan btw, one BIG thing i don't see here, is the Umojan Protectorate, the second biggest terran force on the Koprulu sector...
Well, I haven't finished posting the rest of the script yet, so please, hold your judgement until then, give me a chance to convince you, and if I don't that's okay too, I don't expect everyone to be %100 on board with what I'm doing, but this is the story I'd like to tell.
The effort is appreciated and well received, but you ould have made a single Map Project and host your entire campaign there. Check how Mass Recall, Perfect Soldiers and Antioch Remastered did it for comparison. That way it makes it friendlier for the user to download all the maps, new versions, etc.
Are you not satisfied, Is this not what you asked for? Are you not entertained!?

Update: I've reuploaded all 12 maps and they should all now have working background music. Hope you enjoy the tunes.
Also currently working on mission 8 for the Protoss campaign, hoping to have them uploaded some time in February.

Never, I promised I would work on this no matter how long it takes.
But my friend who's helping me out is doing it for free so I won't rush him.
Currently, I working on the LotV script, and redoing the maps.
Hence my asking for those maps before, which if anybodies got em I really appreciate it.
