Sixen, you really need to stop advertising MWE that much. He didn't ask if any other programs already did it - he was asking for your opinion. This guy just wanna practise.
The title of the thread is "Program Suggestions". He's giving suggestions for other programs. MWE has implemented his suggestion, as was the goal of his thread. Simple as that.
1) We've implemented Terrain Masking in MilkyWayEdit, so once the release build comes out, you'll be able to do that. In addition, you should be able to replace Minimap.tga with any kind of image you want inside the map.
2) Something like this would have to be done through either Galaxy Scripting or within the Trigger Library portion of GE, specifically for this case. This isn't something you'd need to have in a third party program, but more something of a community project you'd get a bunch of people to collaborate on, :).
3) GE can do this already. Highlight the text, right-click and hit Copy, then paste it and use / and * keys to rotate the terrain.
