I use Debut for my recordings. Works well. Also, pro-tip: Make sure you record with SC2 in windowed mode, not fullscreen. I think that's pretty much standard no matter what recording software you use.
Looks pretty sweet, but I do agree with Dustin concerning the complexity. I suggest you add a video to your post giving a brief demonstration of the primary features.
The part I'm most unclear about is how the lighting zones work. Does it depend on where the player's screen is or where a player's units are?
