Here is a quick screeny I put together with your assests in Unity 5 with one of the new materials, not quite happy with it yet, but it uses all of the materials supplied in the zip
Unity uses a default shader, existing of a normal and diffuse map, however, if you make an alpha map in the diffuse map, it uses that as a specular map.
Ah, yeah, I remember, I usually unwrap my low poly model and apply the ao to that one in 3D Coat, not on the HiPoly one, since most of the time I don't make any Hi Poly models :p
Oh, don't get me wrong, I love AO maps, they are indeed very usefull! everything fits very well together at the end,
What I mean is that, when you open one of these images, it looks like black/gray boxes on a white canvas, that's just nasty. This means it was generated without having decent uv mappings applied to it. That's just what I mean
Here is another update. I am starting retopology and later I ll probably add some minor details like the wings on the helmet, some bolts and I am thinking to add a chain which connects the Pauldrons. Also the cracks may look too unnoticable from the game camera so I ll have to edit them but this will be clear after first bake.
This is awesome... but isn't the pedestrian a little small for such a huge statue ?
Looks great ( no it actually looks awesome ) but I recommend making the sword longer, I believe that, with the game angle it will probably look more like a tiny sword, and that would just be ridiculous right?
Very nice !

Yeah, that does happen, you should focus on assets that are currently not in HD mode, so ppl can use them in their maps and give you credit for it.
Btw, love the models, although the textures, ao map or light map, they are quit ineficient imo.
Anyways, awesome!!
