Yeah, I've definitely seen Tassadar, UED, Artanis and more, but I can't remember the link. And then my humble attempts in case you haven't seen those yet:
Well I'm kinda sure Karass didn't live during the aeon of strife. But it's cool to see a concept for him, however the concept seems overfilled with stuff that makes almost no sense (at least to me) xD However I quite like the style with talents like in Heroes of the Storm.
Yep, they are also the Zerg from Heroes of the Storm map Braxis Holdout.
I think you've got the Protoss wrong. They are not mean to be Xel'naga (Despise the name Ihan-rii, which means "Great Teachers" and is another name for Xel'naga, but I'd say it's just a poorly chosen name, also for Zeratul's coop units ... giving them the name Xel'naga before the unit name was really stupid imo), they are ancient Protoss, who somehow can use Xel'naga technology and use it to make their own "constructs" or units or whatever. The lore explanation is that most of them went to stasis, but they still had Observers watching over the Koprulu, so they learned about all the tech of other Protoss factions and kinda replicated them with the Xel'naga leviatating stone technology. It's more likely they would create their own units, but it's plausible explanation for skin set.
I was a bit confused too at first, but after reading the lore of each of the skins and this summary on wiki it all started making sense. Even tho this faction should be ashamed for not helping against Amon (Except for alternate reality where Zeratul survived) as they seem to be the most powerful Protoss faction, because of the usage of Xel'naga tech.
Zerg are cool, but in my iopinion too similar to the simulant ones.
Protoss are amazing, except for the portrait lazyness, cmon how can a walking sarcophagus with dead Protoss inside have a portrait of living Immortal ?
Terran are just a silver version of the Protoss Golden skin set. The battlecruiser and widow mine look cool tho.
While Blizzard may be dying, StarCraft2 can live on just as Protoss and Zerg who lived after the death of their creators the Xel'naga. As long as StarCraft is in our hearts it cannot die for good and it sure will stay in my heart forever.
There may not be a lot of us in the SC2 community, but there certainly aren't only few of us either. While only a few dozen creators who ever post something here, there I surely others in the sc2mapster community who don't even have accounts, I've been like this a long time before I started uploading maps & models, In times when GhostNova was almost the only one to have some models here. I was just simply downloading the models and puting them in maps I've done for my friends.
It surely depends on players if they'll stay loyal to this game, but so far we have sc2mapster that has grown heavily, you can now have pretty much every model you ever dreamed of. There are still plenty players who play co-op and even the number of multiplayer players is increasing (at least in my country).
So similarly to what Fenix once said: "There is no shame in defeat so long as the spirit remains unbroken", we may have suffered a defeat from Blizzard, but as long as the spirit of players don't die they will continue playing this game.
Also I don't think Blizzard is dead just yet. They just went from being a mighty Angel to being a mere mortal, just like Tyrael from Diablo did. They are slowly going from one of the best game companies to just an average one. But it does not mean they are dead. Sure they've angered a lot of players and they still love WarCraft more than Diablo and Starcraft, but that has been so all the time. For example they've canceled the Pro scene of Heroes Of The Storm, all the crybabies said it's dead, because of that. But actually the game still gets content, the tryhard players left and the game is still quite fun and when now not being so serious they've even started to experiment. I know this may not be the same for SC2, but they may do that later. If they don't, well it's sad, but we still have this fantastic comunity and we are not alone, in China they have all sort of crazy SC2 stuff.
While the game is not getting much love from creators, it surely is getting it from me, I'm still making models and commander concepts and people seem to like them.
And you've done a great deal for SC2 community as well, it is sad to see you lose hope, but it's up to you. After all it is your decision in what you will invest your time and your love.

For the weird legs ... Spectres in SC: GHost were supposed to be experimental warriors with cybernetics and genetic mutations, so well why not :D

Stetmann's WoL model also has that tablet.

That's one cool looking vehicle.
