Sorry for being pedantical, but your note has no sense. We can animate material layers, that can be controlled by texture's alpha layer. And it can be any layer. So, your note sounds like "I would consider animating anything a bit ".
Its specular map seem to be white. While protoss usually have a gold-looking one, just check default protoss specular maps and do the same (with about 5-7 value of material's specularity multiplier)

Looks pretty cool.
Is it pure model animation with static camera?
Aren't there distorting streams of hot air raising from the generators?
gj, dude
spec map would also benefit from some texture

yea, on this image specular light looks fine (maybe a bit too bright), but its color is protossish enough
The main model, but I don't know, which material, everyone that demonstrates white specularity.
But actiually it's not a bit deal, just a little thing I noticed, you can keep it as it is, won't make the model less awesome :)

Are you kidding? How can anyone except you understand all those materials?
Look, there is the difference between white specular map and the gold one.
Your model uses the white one, but usually protoss units have the golden looking one.

I mean the color, it's white instead of yellow

Yea, it's a pretty model.
Great battery, dude!
