@harvy2008: Go Foliage is determined in the Terrain Textures data under the Doodads+ field. Each entry links to an entry in the Model data, where you can change different values like height.
Also Moz, this questions Wasn't there an official Blizzard Ice tileset? and I just saw some official Blizzard screenshots of an ice tileset, but can't actually find it in the editor. I'd like to use it, how do I find it? are kind of invalid(?) since HotS.
@scraperRoy: Go In the data editor go to Terrain Types then choose one of the types from the list and go the field "Terrain - Blend+" and choose 8 textures. Then in the terrain editor go to map->map textures and select your textures set from the list and hit ok.
