Unfortunately, I have no intentions to join as I've got a huge workload already with my current project, and my specialty is data and you've got that covered already.
The actual reason I am posting is because I wanted to congratulate you on a really well made and detailed team recruitment post. We don't see many of those here. The game idea sounds interesting as well, the element interaction especially. I once set up a small system where you were forced to have a source of fire nearby for all your spells. You could then detonate that fire, killing the unit and burning everything around it, or launch the fire from one unit to another (Removing it from the source unit). I'm sure you'll be able to make the heroes interesting :)
