I don't feel confident using actor turret rotation. Never got it to work with tanks and stuff. Otherwise I'd do it, as it really isn't that much work.

Also, you already got movement and turning. The target lock isn't really hard to do. Why need another coder for that?
You'll need a modeler first and foremost, who seperates the torso from the legs, so that they can be rotated seperately - that is, if I understood that correctly.
