base.SC2Assets(Assuming you all have sc2 installed) usually located in C:\Program Files\StarCraft II\Mods\Liberty.SC2Mod
Step one: Go to your Starcraft 2 directory C:\Program Files\StarCraft II - nibbits\Mods\Liberty.SC2Mod and find the file called "base.SC2Assets"
create a back up(copy and paste)
Step two: Open MPQEditor.exe and go to file>open(find where you copied your base.SC2Assets and open)
Step three: go to Assets>Units and select your race and find a unit, double click your unit's folder and to the right select 'your unit's name'.m3.
Right click it, click extract select your destination and click ok.
Step four: In MPQEditor go back to your Assets folder and open the folder called textures.
find your texture 'Unit's name'_specular.dds.
Step five: Right click the file, click extract and select your destination. Quit MPQEditor
Step six: Open DxtBMP.exe go to file>open the destination of your texture file(from step 4-5)
let it load.
Step seven: In DxtBMP go to file>save as>24 bit BMP file. Exit DxtBMP.
Step eight: Move 'your unit's name'.m3 to m3 Viewer's directory(m3 viewer\Content\models)
Move 'your unit's name'_specular.dds to (m3 viewer\Content\textures)
Step nine: Open M3_Viewer press Tab and cycle through the models until your unit pops up then press space.
Step ten: Open Pepakura Designer click file>open and select (m3 viewer\Content\export) and file your obj file ('unit's name'.obj)
now there should be a pop up. Select close.
Step eleven: you will now see your model in Pepakura designer but no textures
FIX: go to Settings>texture settings and Specify Texture Image now find the file that you have converted with Dxtbmp and select that file.
now you should see texture on your model :D
Step twelve: On the top of Pepakura deisgner click the button: 'Unfold' to the right you will now see the pieces of the cutouts now just print and have fun :D.
If you need directions on where each piece gets glued to right click the right side of Pepakura Designer and click Check corresponding face now when you move your cursor over the edges you will now see a red guide line.

after 2 days of searching and people supplying me links i have finally found the way to use starcraft's models and use them on pepakura designer
