Hello everyone. I just figured out a work around to have 2 starcraft 2 editors open at the same time.
Step 1 - Download a program called Sandboxie and install it. www.sandboxie.com
Step 2 - Right Click the Starcraft 2 Editor .exe and click on " Run Sandboxed"
This will help you learn thing in the editor so you don't have to go from map to map.
Sweet, I might give this a try in the future.
Its really nice to have.
Just like now i have one windows with my main map and have my sandboxed one with a map from the game.
That way i can view each one and see how triggers or anything else works
ohhh! i already have sandboixe ... going to try this now to confirm.
adding this to the soon to come FAQ thread.
Also just a quick tip for people who do this. Make sure you have the map you are working on (your map) in the non-sandboxie.
If you have it in the sandboxie one you will not be able to access your save file.
Umm, looks good.. I'll have to to give this a try tomorrow.
And if for some reason you need to run both maps, Simply make a new sandbox just for sc2, with the settings that will let it save and load from your normal map folder and all is good =)
