All the resources in this forum are being retroactively reviewed, a process in which I hope you'll take part. When the Pending Submission sub-forum is implemented, all not-yet-approved submissions will be moved there. Until then, I'll be responding to topics to assist them in complying with the new guidelines and tidying up, moving and removing topics as necessary.
Yep. Finished clearing out the obvious junk threads, including the awesome "image to string" function that returns the string it takes as its argument.
The bumped item utilities library certainly got my attention; I'd like to see more bumping of interesting submissions.
More importantly, I'd appreciate people taking a more active role in the peer-review process. That is to say there ought to be more discussion about and criticism of the submissions, otherwise the standards and practices are made to be less than meritocratic, and more autocratic.
To put it more clearly, it is the responsibility of all the participants to help ensure the quality of submissions. This requires arguments, not compliments.
