Would be highly interested in this, for use as a lightweight editor.
You could even add a test map button that runs the map in SC2.exe (assuming it's present on this computer).
Do that and I can pretty much guarantee I'm using this over the poor Galaxy support in the real editor.

Wouldnt it be easier to just copy script from GE to program ... Use syntax checker in program fix syntax errors copy code again, and paste back into GE?
I dont use the GE scripting personally. Havent found a need for it since The Trigger GUI handle everything Ive Tried to do so far.

Why do all that when you can just click "Save" in my program and be done? :P.

I'm going to make the assumption here that most people who write large amounts of Galaxy do so in an outside editor and then import it. The internal text editor is pretty lousy, and pasting anything into it causes it to lock up while it checks the code.

Interesting idea. I probably won't use it because... well, I don't have another computer. :P But it seems like a good idea to me.
