Big problem here on the newest version, while doing the import process - tga first, close editor, import .m3 - problem is, the model this time doesn't show up. Not like a untextured guy, but invisible. Doing exactly as told and exactly what is done is Molsterr's video. Any idea why?
Good to see some excellent progress on this project.
In my mind, the only critical outstanding issues are:
1. Ability to export custom models (i.e. model's you "dress up").
2. Ability to rename animations.
3. Particles.
I think if we can prioritize those three issues and get them done, this will be the tool for people to use when getting WoW model's into SC2. Then all that's left is actually creating a mod, which is the fun part :)
Strange, it won't actually give me the option to perm run as administrator. It's my wife's computer but my dad and I built the thing together and the only account on there is admin level. I wonder if it's an issue with her install since we had a hell of a time getting Vista on there.

Wow to SC2 in 30 secods
I'll see if I can come up with a good interface design if you like.

Yes, you need to link to the current retail version of WoW, no beta, or PTR

custom models and particles needs more time to figure out how it works in M3.
a UI and list of all animations are needed for rename animations.
The latest version of DEV WORK has a UI and a list that is populated with the current model's animations.
I believe it is under export options->m3
@zzPop: Go
you realize your telling this to the maker of the "Dev Work" edition right? hehe

r394 - add ability for customizing export m3 animation names

Working good so far, thanks! Now my Flesh Hunters (Felhound graphic) have functional attack anims. :D

You are my modeling hero =D

Nin is working on particle effects and have some good results.
I'm getting an error when I try to run the modelviewer
"The application has failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail."
Used this program, obviously not this build, years ago and I've never seen this problem before. I also don't see an application event log.
Edit: Found another version of yours from around July and that release also gave me the same error. This computer has Vista x32 installed on it.
some m3 particles export work. use Options -> Show Particle to switch export it or not.

try to run it as administrator perm
@chuanhsing: Go
Tried some Particles, Fireball and Wrath Missile, both are kinda Buggy, like squares instead of Particles. But its a Start. Keep it up. Good Work
