Hey. I have a plan to scale all units. There will be 3 size class units:
1) 50 Minerals, 0,5 radius (Marauder) 6 Damage Per Second, 50 health for ranged and 100 for melee, Cargo size 1.
2) 200 Minerals, 1,0 radius (Tank) 24 DPS, 200 health for ranged and 400 for melee, Cargo size 4.
3) 400 Minerals, 1,5 radius (Thor) 54 DPS, 400 health for ranged and 800 for melee, Cargo size 8.
Main reason for this idea is to make "ball" of units less effective. For example ball of Marines have high DPS because they are small units. In other words damage, health and size will be scaled together.
For example Marine will be scaled bigger and stats will be scaled towards Marauder.
