thanks to several factors I have found myself with a lot more freetime recently. So I will pick up where I left: Testing.
Currently the map's first 10-15 hours of playtime are pretty much done and 95% bugfree. The goal is now to improve the grade of polishing and possibly improve the gameplay slightly to increase the fun.
So I invite both mappers and players to join me for testing! If you're interested in this map, leave a post here or fel free to Pm me!
Greetings,
Obat
PS: Woot! No recent patches seem to have destroyed the map! :-P
Hero Icon overlaps with UI border and hides your "strength" amount. Also square zeratuls borderless face image feels out of place since other units in hero panel have unit images(?). Maybe change icon or add borders? Right now it just doesn't blend with rest of icons. Also note how I can see ping on minimap, though I don't know what could be done with it? Is it possible to show pings just for specific players?
Whoa, civilians are human beasts =O
I see you're aiming for reddish aggressive/violent/bloody theme.. Defiantly make all players zerg by default.. Cause this Green/Red relationship between UI elements doesn't leave good visual impression.
Also, would you consider making background panels not transparent? I understand it's cool to see past your UI elements and have more awareness of what's going on the screen, but on UI you should concentrate on info given, not whats going on past it. As it is done right now it doesn't feel right to me.
And about info panel. Pherhaps you could reorganize it a little bit to fit everything? Maybe something like
Unit_Name
[buffs][b][b][b][b]
Health: XXX
Energy:XXX
damage: xx armor:yy
[Stat1] [Stat2] [Stat3] [Stat4]
Experience bar.
Lookin' great! You should hide the control group thing though. Not disable entirely, just hide. It looks a little tacky there :/ (Imo)
Any chance of inter-server testing? :P

I'm fairly certain you can simply disable it through the normal UI trigger, although you can definitely do it easily through the sc2layout files.
In regards to the game, it's looking great, glad you are working on it again. I do agree with what someone else said though, it would be better to see some other background to Zeratul rather than the creatures' red spiney thing.

I think it (map release) will be earlier. At least I hope so :S
Get back Obatztrara :3

If tests are still open, I'd love to pass by. Stefan/1889. On EU, obviously.

I believe oba said he was busy atm, he might even aim for marketplace. But I highly doubt this project is dead

Normal monitor screenies incoming:

I don't know, it's all up to you.
Good luck.
Simplified the UI, removed/moved a few things and added connections between UI elements. :-)

Not really, sorry. :-(
Regarding the control group. I'd actually like to disable it completely but I haven't found the right trigger quite yet...
Thanks for the nice feedback. :-)
