Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, these errors are ugly and they will be hidden in the final release. The thing is, when i made the trailer, i wasnt aware that you could hide them. And for the "Destroyed" text: Theres actually alot of sound indication in the game, and a sound also plays when you kill someone. However, the Destroyed text together with the sound have a real kick to it whenever you kill someone that can only be noticed when you actually play it. They make killing alot more satisfying. Also, the text is just small enough that its not annoying, you actually dont even notice it in intense situations.

Ahhh I see. Maybe the "Destroyed" text actually works, but it's hard to tell without sound. Maybe you should consider making an actual gameplay demo, showing exactly what you experience in the game (including sound).
The time has finally come, Heavy Iron will be released on EU tomorrow evening!
This fancy picture will also serve as the loading screen for the map! The release of the map will also come with a new trailer, however, it will be shorter and wont include any new cinematic scenes or something.
I spend the last weeks mainly polishing and bug fixing Heavy Iron, so not that much has changed since my last update. However, one big thing has infact change: Heavy Iron will no longer be 4v4. This release will only support 2v2. The reason for that is that i never could get a 4v4 to run without lag making the whole thing unplayable. And these test-matches were played with selected players that all had good internet connection, so getting a 4v4 to run with random battle.net people will be impossible.
However, i also made a few additions to the map, including:
Map Screen
Through the course of testing Heavy Iron, i have noticed that alot of players have a hard time getting used to the level design. So i included a map screen that can be toggeled on/off by pressing "M". This map screen displays all the important things on the map, which are control towers, ammunition chests, team bases, cluster missles and of course the basic layout.
