I am now starting work on another major update that will bring us very close to 1.0, V 0.95:
save system implemented (you may now save your hero upon defeating Zerg Hunter 9000
load system implemented (you may now load a saved hero in map 1 with all of their saved gear, but reset back to level 1. This is for those that love to farm items)
Omega (mini-boss) is now available on Insane difficulty
That’s a little rude. He’s talking to everyone who cares enough to read it. He’s posting a release log for new versions of his AWESOME map (I’ve played it several times, Zantai!)
It’s better that he does this rather than remain silent and have less people know he’s continually pumping out new features.
He can't on his own. He's waiting until he releases version 1.0.0, then he'll look for a good host willing to give up a lot of hosting space.
What he said. When ZHRPG is out of beta, I would like to find a reliable person who will keep an active forum thread in the EU Custom Maps forum in my name as well as upload new versions of ZHRPG as they become available. Since ZHRPG will span 6 maps, this will essentially means almost all of a person's current available hosting space on B.net.
Coming with V 0.95 (estimated release date: 10/12/10):
save system implemented

Final boss implemented (blocked off)
Ending cinematic implemented (linked to final boss, sorry)

Class specific items implemented
Balance changes
Coming with V 1.0 (estimated release date: 10/20/10):

If you want to know more about class items, check out the blog or the news section of the ZHRPG forum.

ZHRPG is looking for an EU host that is willing to fulfill the following requirements:
ZHRPG spans 6 maps, each of which takes up 7-8MB. This is essentially all the storage Blizzard provides mapmakers at this time. You have to be willing to forfeit that space to host ZHRPG
The EU host must create an official thread in the EU custom maps forums for ZHRPG and update it as necessary. Questions can be redirected to my website.
The EU host must be willing to double check that the map functions correctly in the EU format after I make the necessary adjustments
The EU host must publish updates I send them in a timely manner and let me know when the map is live
The EU host must not release the map to anyone outside of Blizzard's publishing system
The benefits:
EU gets to play ZHRPG :P :P :P
The EU host gets to look under the hood months before anyone else
If anybody is interested, please PM me and we can talk. :)
Thanks!

Fixed that...about when you posted this :P
V 0.82 going live now.
There is currently a bug where the last charge on an on-use item does nothing. I am working on it.
V 0.83 going live now:
V 0.86 going live now.
If you are curious to see where I am going with the series, you can read my latest post (9/19/10) at www.zhrpg.net
It goes into how heroes will progress with the series, what you get for playing on hardcore/insane, as well as the tournament maps.
Enjoy.
V 0.88 going live:
I am now starting work on another major update that will bring us very close to 1.0, V 0.95:
There is currently a nasty bug, introduced by Blizzard, that causes items to disappear on death.
I guess extra incentive to not die for a while.....

A solution has been found and a hotfix is going up. Your items are safe.
@Zantai: Go
I am making a long-term solution for the problem by using the incapacitation mechanic from "Belly of the Beast" instead of regular revive.
Upside:
Downside:
ur talkin to urself ya know?
