I agree...that's why I voted for it in a sense...cause I could see the quality of it better than the others. Can we please get bigger screenshots of the other maps too? I feel this is unfair to the others.

The image sizes are different because of the way people submitted them. If you click on a person's name you should be able to view larger images.

Lol yeah, when I converted the legacy version, I was like holy crap this map is huge... but I wanted to maintain its size as to not change it too much.

just because Highland Denizens is so not looking like the original. looks more like a complete new map.

Almost twice as many people voted for the Part 1 entries in this contest than people that voted Part 2 entries. In this light, can there be two winners, one from Part 1 voting and one from Part 2 voting? That, or have the top map in Part 1 be matched against the top map in Part 2. Apparently significantly less people bothered to look at the Part 2 entries...

The reason Highland Denizens doesn't look like the original is because the outer rim of the new map is added. If you just trim off the outer edge it actually looks quite similar. The main differences is that extra water is added around the edges. The bottom left corner was also changed a bit for the sake of symmetry so it looks like the upper right corner. In terms of how the map plays, it should be fairly similar to the SC1 map (if SC1 units were used).
