I would have seriously considered Shard of Adun too, if it had just been the pre-explosion version. And the simplicity of the Zergling Cavalry was pretty great too :D
But in the end just have to go with 28b-x, I mean it is just so well meshed, everything fit together perfectly, the arm, the head, and the portrait and soundset fit nicely. Even the death animation looked good. And that first air attack was really really nice.
Those the racer was really nicely done, and just gotta love that Orzammar music :P

EDIT: Oh, didn't see you could multivote :D Well I guess everyone wins then. By which I mean Phaos and Klishu win.
Dang...I love 3 of those units, but I don't know which I like the most...Rhino, 28b-x and racer are so cool...I would like to know how it is possible to make those...Some1 maybe could make a tutorial about this? :)
There are already quite a number of tutorials for these types of tasks but I'm sure you would learn mostly by downloading the maps themselves and taking a look at how we've done it. Then, go ahead and try it yourself to cement your newly acquired knowledge.
Well before the explosion it look really cool, all meshed together nicely, but then after I mean, it was just this rock. I had the impression afterwards that the rock was the submission and the pre-eplosion thing was just an intro. Though the abilities were quite nice.
Me too :D, since I got a bunch of DLC and Awakenings. Awesome game.

That's interesting about the pink/red votes. Looks like more Authors voted for Anakin's Racer. Probably because they appreciate that it is probably something hard to make.
Right? I mean I haven't delved into this feature yet, but the racer looks like it would be tough, with the Pylons moving up and down, and the tentacles and the energy things between the Pylons. Tough I think.

It's not so hard to make once you manage to discover the very little thing that will make all the difference. For example, for the front Pylons I used a Site (Rocker) actor which isn't very hard to set. What's hard is actually finding that actor and realising it's what you want. For example, when setting a Rotation Site Operation, everything started acting weird until I realised that it's the "Is Local" field that needed setting. Then, it's all fine and easy for the rest and if I had known what everything did and where everything is, I'm sure it's possible to do in about two days (as opposed to the four days I spent making it).
What I found helpful, and I suggest other authors to do, is just before starting to use a particular section of the data editor (namely the Actors, Abilities, Effects and Behaviours) take a look at the list of types already implemented. Say, just be aware of all the Site Operations, Model Additions, etc. Then, when you get to the part where you say, "I want to invert my Pylons," and the other tasks you want to do, you've at least got a basic knowledge of what each data object is used for and can narrow down your searching.
Finally, what I think I certainly could have done better was the fact that everything on the left side had to be copied for the right side. I think, you can somehow reduce the amount of actors when it comes to this sort of replication.
I thought Anakin's Racer was certainly the most clever, Shard of Adun had the most exciting ability, but Zergling Calvary was my favorite. Well done all around.
For me it came down to 28b-x or Anakin's Racer.

Can you be more specific?
It was originally the Star Wars music, but due to that, it was blocked for germans, So I changed it to the orzammar one. nice for noticing.

Awesome work for all participants !
I like the transformation unit in 28b-x, Zergling Cavalry is soft but very nice and weapon effects in Shard of Adun are so great ! Good job men !
You guys are brilliant!
I had to choos Phaos though. My reasoning is that it's not too much on stuff. It's elegant somewhat.
Whatever you do, wholeheartedly, moment by heartfelt moment, becomes a tool for the expression of your very soul.
Hmm say... what do the pink parts of the poll bars mean, and what do the red parts mean?
@38dedo: Go
I think the red bars mean normal users while the pink bars mean authors.
@Klishu: Go
Thanks :) I will check out some tut's and maps with those creatures...Maybe I will make smthn good too :) :P
Very nice stuff guys =D Mmm, orzammar, actually playing that game again =P lol

I liked the racer =]

Have to go for the 28b-x. It's rather odd, but it just works well as an 'infested terran mech unit'.
Definitely the 28b-x. O_o; This is way amazing. I gotta learn how to make stuff like this.
It's so hard to choose between the Rhino and Anakin's Racer.
Awesome submissions btw guys.. I'm really impressed, :).
Wow... Phaos and the starwars racer are great; guess I need to train my object editor skills ;)
