Gameplay Footage from my new map, Haunted Temple! Haunted Temple is a hide and seek type map. One player at random will be chosen to be the killer at the start of the game, at which time the remaining players will have to search the temple for hiding places (Hidden rooms are scattered throughout the map). If you are killed as a civillians you will respawn as a ghost and become a spectator
Players can sprint and crouch behind objects to help hide. Players will also be warned if the Killer is nearby via text and spine chilling music. If the civillians survive long enough without all being slaughtered they will be declared the victors, if not... well then the killer will be victorious.
The game has been optimized to run at a full 60 frames per second with no lag! We tested using various differant computer ranges and speed connections. The max player support will be increased daily until we hit the point that it actually lags (8 Player support will be in by tonight!)
The most we have ever gotten with a full 6 player game was about... .05 seconds? we tested with all ranges of computers and connections! :) The only time we ever got bad lag was with this one player, he swore it wasnt him but when he left it ran smooth as butter ><. He had dial up though.
You walked trough the wall at 4:26, was this intended or a bug? :\ seems kinda cheaterish, when the noob is a hunter and is like wtf he went trough the wall /ragequit noobhaxor
But its a nice game, i'll def play it if its EU
OH, and it would be nice if observers can't talk, since they can move around freely, they can give away positions,

I'm actually currently doing a map with the same concept, the thing is I'm making the map for that silly Blizzard Custom Map contest so those silly rules doesn't allow me to publish the map even though the map is fully playable.

OMG.. Im not giving blizzard my maps for a contest, they get all rights to it. Your only encouraging their money-hog attitude. But I guess they own them all anyway.

If you had read the EULA terms which you agreed to, Blizzard owns all and every map made for WC3 and SC2, not too sure about the others, but it's very likely. Oh yeah, any way for me to join in on this?
Bounty will make maps forever lol. Nice job got another map on the front page. I had no clue i could run through the wall when we played. You mentioned bathroom and I was wondering where it was.

Anyway, good concept. The movement might not be lag, but the delay input should still lag isn't it ?

walk through walls is intentional, as is telepoting to rooms.... hidden areas ;) The map is on US servers. Ghosts are just specators.

Its hard to get a match going so far down on the list, though. Only got 2 people. :(
How do you get past people having the option of health bars above a unit's head showing up. Thats a big give away in a hide and seek...

Just played it. Really fun, but sometimes the time limit makes the game seem to drag on.
