I can get you the models, though I'm not sure if the ragdolls work. The models appear invisible in the cutscene viewer and I'm having a hard time configuring the ragdolls. Have you gotten other heroes ragdolls to work?
I'm aiming for Sylvanas, Thrall, Jaina, Muradin and Tyrande.
I have Sylvanas and Thrall working. I added the ones here but I think Jaina and Tyrande are missing material links and for some reason Muradin refuses to acknowledge that his texture files are present!
Here's what I have so far. It's attached. It includes working Sylv and Thrall. I removed their textures to meet the upload requirements.
Edit: Muradin gives this error when trying to load him;
Cutscenes: Texture 'F:\Casc\mods\heroes.stormmod\base.stormassets\Assets\Textures\MuradinBronzebeard_Diff.dds' does not reference a file in an archive and cannot be loaded.

I guess the model is referencing files on your harddrive instead of from the mod file?
I didn't show it there, but turning on attachment points reveals a working model. Just without any textures.
Also oops! I'll attach it here. It's literally just parts though. I removed Thrall and Sylv textures to meet upload limits, but I can send them if needed.

I have learned A LOT about max in the last day or so. These base models should DEFINITELY work. Unsure about the ragdoll models though. They dont appear to be skinned. I think in Heroes death ragdolls inherit texture from the base unit.
EDIT: on further inspection the ragdoll models do not seem to have physics applied. Someone with better knowledge of the art tools than I might be able to fix this in max.
If you have 3dsmax, would you mind uploading the converted models?

Ah, looks like I missed the extraneous texures. I think I fixed Muradin too. Let me know if they work (ragdolls too)

Hmm that's odd. It still says that the materials are missing. The models show up blank in the editor. Not a missing actor sphere, just plain blank.
