@Playmo: would you like a rock- type thing that they are on or just the symbols?

I would like to request custom colored zerg eggs:
Assets\Textures\btn-unit-zerg-egg.dds

I need a red, purple, and blue to match this color scheme:

Obviously the green one is just fine as it is, it's only the other three that I need to match. =]

@SilverSeraphim: do you want custom zerg egg diffuses too? (diffuses are the textures that go on the model that determine the color)

Matching egg diffuses would be amazing! Right now I'm using fairly ugly tinting, but I thought it would be too hard to create custom diffuses. If that's something within your power to create, I would be very much in your debt. =D

If you have time, could someone make me a Lich wirefrime, shield wireframe, and whatever the image is called when you have multiple units selected? I already have the hero icon (using wc3)

Can you do it by yourself, or what images do you need?

To be honest, I'm not having much luck understanding how to implement these textures. I tried to follow this guide:

I just can't figure out how the texture is linked together with the model. I created custom textures in the data editor and pointed them to the diffuses, but beyond that I'm stuck. How do I specify in the models I have dup'd from an Egg that they should have these diffuses?

@SilverSeraphim: you need 3ds max, but it costs money. I will put up on my thread when i get it, hopefully soon, so check every now and then. My thread is the hyperlinked picture in my sig

There has got to be a way to do it in the editor. Surely you can force an actor to use a specific texture using actor events right? I'm just getting stuck because eggs have variations and I can't figure out how to disable the texture variation search.

Edit: I give up. I'm just going to use the icons and the tint. =p

Can someone please make me a coloured version of either of these two Data Core wireframes. I don't need specific team colour, I just want them to look roughly like they do in game.

can i just take pictures of the models in the previewer?

if you dont know what that means, then can i just use pictures of the actual thing rather than recoloring?

Attaching Lich model (WoW model. Import textures first, save and close, reopen, import .m3) and a screenie for the wireframe. if you dont like the position/lighting of the Lich, import the model and make a better screenie :)

Also, would it be possible to add teamcolor to it's texture?

@MiketheSspike: i can't do that without 3ds max, hopefully in my possession next week, so you are now on my list of PMing you can, however, replace the texture with this, and they will be white when neutral
