I figured I would share with the world that I was working on before I vanished from the map making community. It was to be the successor to Haunted Forest.
It was still considered early in development but I figured you guys might enjoy this.
Pretty sure that is what everyone said about the original Haunted Forest and it was definitely more than just Slender in SC2 and this was to be an improvement upon that. Regardless, I was simply sharing the last project I was working on before I took my new job, my bad bro!
This is so cool. Aww, why do you have to give it up? This is scary and moody and excellent, when the first monster jumped in I jumped as well :)
How did you fit so much content into one map?
I never really gave it up, I just took a job that allows me to do pretty much the same thing lol. As for your second question, not quite sure how to answer it honestly as this maps size is actually pretty standard in is current state.

It's a 256x256 map? It seemed to have so many different type of areas but I guess large maps have enough space for that.
It was much closer to 128x128 than 256, I just shrunk everything down.
