I had to write this up so I have it written down someplace. Things to do:
create kill counter,
every kill you get 1 marine,
hold a region in the middle = bio units gain +2 hp every 15 or 20 seconds (first come, first serve, of second player in region bonus not work for second, player),
awards: every 50 kills = kill award, every 250 kills = 1 mega kill award, every 500 kills = 1 ultra kill award, etc. etc. etc.,
create regions where awards will be applied randomy in the region (minefield award, etc.),
learn to modify unit statistics with events,
figure out how to change individual unit names (name the units that represent the awards)
This is just a to-do list I wanted to share. If any of these to-do's are simple, please say. Also, I don't want to waste time on things that simply just can't be done. I'm not sure just how difficult this project will be. Please give me some idea based on what I am saying here.
