Looking for testers, tower suggestions, game play suggestions, vissual suggestions.
Currently map only conists of 2 towers you can build mainly for testing purposes eveything else in the game works, except I havent turned on the leader board yet.

just played a solo game on i think it was normal difficulty.
Things u might want to change:
• The lighting effect were neat but waaaaaaay over the top, when its dark u cant see half ur towers, and you basically cant build, and when its bright its just an eye sore. But i think a day and night cycle would be a neat lil extra to a td just not so over the top
•the unit viewer *shudder*
•Pathing changing, This actually wasnt too bad, but in combination w/ the lighting effects rarely working not against you, and not enough time to sell (having multiple units and the unit viewer..... *shudders*) and rebuild a maze to fit the new pathing this can easy make you lose
Things you might want to change but its probably based on opinion:
• build time. I found that at some point where i was massing tower, like the sentry or the supply depo it would take too long to actually build them all in time. This is especially an issue later on when ur trying to waste ur minerals faster then ur earning and before you know it you have like 400 minerals and your leaking ( i died on like level ~22 or so w/ ~600 minerals and was frantically trying to build up a maze but couldn't make one in time to kill off the creeps)
• i tested this solo, but if in multi-player everyone shares the same build area and path, it will turn into a mess and just be chaos id imagine. If thats the case i dont think id enjoy playing it multi-player, might want to give every player their own area of something.
Things i liked:
• Random pathing. Its actually sorta neat, just not so much when it changes and you dont have enough time or able to see where u are building. Give player more time or something to build up a maze or something so when it changes its not like a sink or swim situation. I suggestion i have is so that maybe instead of completely changing the whole pathing but keep the beacons in the same spot just change the order which the creeps go to, you could make it an option or something you would choose at the start.
Overall i think it has potential but needs quite a bit of work. And you should def add more towers and maybe upgrades or something asap. Also point out somewhere that V is the hotkey to sell, only reason i figure that out cause V is the hotkey for salvage so i kinda lucked out, lol.
I just played an a little over an hour on your map solo on normal (that's how long it took to finish it)
Here are my notes:
Infinite TD sounds like it doesn't end but it was done at level 30 after I killed the Odin. - Not really sure if it was really done or if there was a bug because it just stopped there -
The Money per kill increases too quickly compared to how hard the enemies get. (or maybe I maze too well)
Need more towers (I know your looking for suggestions for towers but two towers makes it kinds boring currently)
The build time is too slow and the SCV gets stuck while building over and over so if you are using shift to build sometime it will only build one then get stuck (very annoying)
I would love to be able to click on my building without going into that weird camera view (i need to know the stats and kills of my towers it makes me feel good)
The enemies are too slow almost all of the time i was waiting for them to get to my maze which i just kept building off of
The SVC moves too slow, it takes forever for it to move from one end of the map to the other
Suggestions:
Towers - love the idea of a slow tower and a sniper tower (long range). Just being able to upgrade the current towers would be nice too if they got more damage or range or something.
Speed - maybe add a speed up button that if everyone in game clicks it adds a speed bonus to the enemies (or a couple buttons at different speeds with a scoreboard showing the speed everyone wants so its easy to sync up)
The randomly generated path was placed in the middle of my towers causing them to be attacked, if you want a new maze every time auto salvage all buildings and add a few more seconds to build the maze with maybe a ready button

Forgot to mention the weather effects were driving me crazy, so hard to build when its too dark and it was dark almost the whole time, and when its very bright it messes up the textures on some of the towers and units =\

Thanx alot for the feed back most of your suggesttions about the viewing, unit speed, and multi player pathing space should be addressed by the end of next week.
I will also be toning down the day/night cycles.
Not sure about the money thing atm.
I will be making it so you can toggle on and off the unit view/camera follow feature.
I will increase building speeds to be near instant
Game really shouldnt have ended for you at level 30 i believe you may have found a bug I wouldnt mind getting that replay from you.
Ill give more time to rebuild after the pathing changes
I will increase the units speed in general so they arnt so slow

i just tried it again with the -fastunits thing on insane, and at some point i just gave up because some wierd bug happen related to the unit viewer thing. my camera scroll became very slow and when ever i tried to drag my view on the mini map i would be forced to look onto the point where the bug 1st occurred. I suggest getting rid of the unit viewer thing, i dont see the point of it and its nothing except annoying. Id help test it for you more, but i wont be able to until its gone or at-least disabled from the start
I just replayed your map and it got stuck on level 30 again. I just wanted to see if it was a one time deal or not. It wasn't. Took another hour to get there though.
I think battle.net isn't letting replays be recorded right now for some reason. The save replay button was grayed out when I when to the score screen. I am attaching a screen shot though so you can see. It was Odin again.
About the -fastunits command this is purely for testing purposes to make levels go faster its not really meant to be playable with it
Ive made alot of changes regarding the unit viewer
I have added races
Not sure what is causing the bug you found on level 30 where the map stops and doesnt generate the next level I will be looking into this closer over the week to correct it

unit viewer fix was great
scv doesn't get stuck anymore

many good things added, I'm glad you are working on it still
I got to the odin again and actually watched him this time on round 30. He dies twice the first time he has 7500ish life then right after he is killed it pops up with 2500 life on him and he doesn't move just gets killed where he died before.
I think that I cannot get a replay of anything because the is no victory or defeat before score screen maybe add in something that sets victory status for testing or something instead of just having to quit to get out.
It gets pretty boring after round 15. Once I have a good maze I am just adding to it and the round just take longer and longer. It was an hour and eleven minute game that I played to get through 30 rounds. This is too slow and will make people lose interest.
Too much money later on, after round 20 I couldn't spend money as fast as I could make it partially because the probe is slow and gets stuck on buildings. Maybe make the builders fly and a little quicker?
I ended with over 10k in minerals after killing odin. If I would have continued my maze it might of covered the entire map and at that point it would probably take 20 minutes to finish one round lol (assuming the enemies would last through it).
I think maybe having damage upgrades for the towers or level upgrades might help spend the money. You can also add like 1 armor to each enemy per level after 15 to make sure people spend their money and upgrade because if you don't by level 35 you will only be doing 1 damage per cannon.
Cannons are way better then the 50 mineral turret for the terran builder. the range is great, speed is great, and damage is decent. The flame thrower turret is a waste of money compared to buying 4 of the 10 mineral machine gun turrets.
I like the idea of the 3 different choices for building but you really need to expand the turrets before adding more builders. Also a description of each would be great instead of just the name. Only the probe and the scv choices worked, I'm assuming the other one is a drone but that button does nothing.
You can make your protoss buildings not have to be built in the pylon area and let the pylons just be walls like the supply depots, it is really weird having the damage turret cost 19 and it need a 1 mineral pylon to work.
Maybe have every 10 rounds after the boss let the players choose if they want to continue or end in a victory too. This will give them a goal to get to before they quit if they are doing really well and have to leave soon.
Good points Nigle Ill be working on towers very soon. They are gonna be pretty slow going when i get to them but i intend to really put some efforts in making some nice tower units. Stuff i havent seen in other tds and such.
I will be looking at slowing down the money and some kinda upgrades. Not really sure how i wanna go about upgrades atm in essance thats part of making new towers.
the boringness factor is really gonna stick untill i get some more towers.
I did fix the Odin Issue with it dying twice and preventing the level from ending.
I intend to add a save feature so you can just leave the game and save your Level and money. Havent started implementing this. Im slowly learning each part of the editor as I go and I havent touched the bank yet.

if you do get a chance to test it .... I realize atm it can be kinda boring.........
Type -fastunits and you will recieve 1000 min and it will speed the units up to speed 7
not sure how to get the replay for you =\ its not in the replay folder for some reason
