Well since Terran like to give their workers acronyms (SCV: space construction vehicle) or (Mobile Utility Lunar Excavator (MULE)) perhaps BoB (Beasts of Burden)
This is a very serious warhammer like facction of terrans. Close mind, devotee... the homologue terran of the conclave.
You need to tell us more stuff about them imo. Things that could effect naming:
Are these units multiple or single? (Ex. naming a group of massable immortals "Paladins" vs. giving 1-3 immortals individual names like "The Galahad")
Do these units have a certain role, or unique aspect about them? (Ex. unit that is anti-infantry melee assassin, unit with special ability that corrodes armor)
Do they have meanings in the story? (ex. holy immortal??? lowly mineral collector??)
Also, try to start discussion on the discord. We have nothing better to do :P
1. Guider of Light(ning?)? (playing off holy + psionic themes) (what kind of weapon does it have?) 1. Speakers? (Playing off more psionic themes + a "connection" to their god or whatever)
2. Blur (shadow fury makes them move fast)
3. No idea. shame it wasn't a unique unit, I liked calling it "the Galahad". Is it actually incredibly survivable or is it just meant to pack a punch to anti-armored units?
4. Current thoughts on this is to look to Norse myths/names. Odin (the all-seeing (hint: detection)) owned two wolves. Might be interesting.
5. Berserkr (add e's if necessary)
6. Cleanser? (I'm assuming it's an AoE unit, when it fires it'll cleanse quite a bit of space)
7. Euthanizer? (medical word + death representing poison) 7. Sanctifier? (more holy)

1 Has the high templar attack
2 t sounds more like a skill to me.
3 I'm going to call him the Galahad, do not worry about it.
4 Odin is too common. Fenrir is a opcion that azergbanelingsays.
I know this is a bit of a bump, but I had a couple of ideas I wanted to mention.
Are all the units Terran? Obviously some of them look more Protoss than human, if they are Terran what is their story? Bio-engineering? Is it a suit of some suit?
#1: I don't have any ideas here, maybe the name of some ancient magician's group?
#2: I'm thinking maybe some kind of ancient sword group, the elite guys. I've looked around and can't find anything, but if you could find something that actually sounds decent it might work.
#3: I really like the idea of a Norse name for this unit more than any others - the Terrans seem to prefer using Norse mythology for their mechs more than anything else. Unfortunately all of the most common names have been taken. The best names i can find in Norse mythology would be Magni (son of Thor, god of strength), and Tyr (god of war). Vali is another option, though I don't like the name as much, he's the god of revenge.
#4: This might be a bit cheesy but maybe something like a K10? I know K9 stands for the scientific Canine, but K10 sounds like an upgraded version of the original.
#5: This guy definitely makes me think of Wolverine. I don't know if you want to key off a movie, but it would be a cool idea.
#6: I noticed he's got a code on the side of his armor (C3-54). You probably wouldn't want to use that code but the idea of an acronym/code name like that seems like it might work. It would bring a bit of a Star Wars feel to him. If you decided to go with this you could probably even alter the skin to put that name on it instead of the C3-54.
Hola!
5) Wolverine o Slasher
6)Jumper, Jumping artillery (no se me ocurre nada)
7) Combat medic o algo asi
Se que no son muy inteligentes pero bueno, queria aportar :D
Give them a slang term for an enemy terran faction then!
Also that means that I like the Galahad name even more :D
