Hi all, I would like to start by saying that both the web and the people who compose it are excellent.
Many people I know (almost nobody XD) but I always see a lot of help.
This idea to talk with a partner and has its good and bad points.
Idea is to make a simple hero Arena, Arena kind of World of Warcraft.
No skill level or experience, something simple, choose your hero and fight.
So here is typical, but I had thought one Sc2mapster Heroes touch.
Each hero will be the avatar of each author of this website.
Each author who wants to participate, create your hero with the corresponding name of the site and its unique skills of each author.
Each author created his skills to his hero.
example:
A person can create the map. other activators., another person can create the skills of someone or models hero.
It is the typical map of heroes, but I would like it to be more unique by the fact bring everyone a little and create something great.
I do not think a person would take a long time to create 4 skills, or create a model, or an activator selection of hero.
Little work per person but many people would be needed to join the project.
I'm not looking to be the owner of the map or anything like that, I just think that since this product provides many data for Blizzard Arcade mode, you need a map of Sc2mapster the Arcade section.
And I think a map of heroes would be most appropriate.
If you want to add anything I hear.
The Heroes do not have to be specifically Sc2, provided they comply with the rules of blizzard.
This would be my hero I created to represent
is an example, I make models I can help another has done his hero, someone else can do the skills.
If you want to say something, any ideas, suggestions, nothing is created is only an idea.
I have seen many ideas like this back in Warcraft III. Some even got as far as to be released but never really out of early alpha/beta.
Without some form of progression mechanic such as levelling or equipment chances are people will find the gameplay too shallow. For example the one in Warcraft III was in the form of an AoS similar to DotA Allstars.
Here are the remains of such a project that was undertaken over at Hive Workshop for Warcraft III. That was started as the result of another such project which failed.

The eagle armor should be "less" warcraft, and more "starcraft", maybe make it fit the rest of the armor?
