Nerfed enemy rebuilding on missions 1 and 2. Added an action that I had found before/during mission 3 creation which delays bully rebuilding. This should help people who found the enemy defenses too strong to break through. Changes reflected on this website in v1.1, and on arcade on NA and EU servers.
So the gameplay of mission 4 is almost done (minus balancing. I always save that for last). I also still gotta do the doodads n such. I gotta say, I think this is looking to be the best mission in terms of story/dialog/comedic value. The intro is especially funny if you're a fan of Jayborino's videos... Gameplaywise, I think it'll be pretty fun. It's an installation mission so it's hard to compare to previous missions (which were all Macro missions). I decided it would be most fun to just go for that overwhelming zerg force type gameplay, which means I don't think it'll be too hard of a mission on any difficulty. Though just for kicks I gave the enemy +3/3 upgrades on brutal. You have +1/1 on all difficulties.
I know all my missions could definitely use prettier terrain. Thing is I just don't find terraining to be enjoyable. I think when all 6 missions are out, I may create a thread seeing if anyone is interested in prettifying all of the maps. We could call it Mapsters Remastered HD Edition Deluxe! or something. I can't really offer anything other than giving credit in the map and on the Mapster project page though. So I don't expect anyone to actually be interested, but hey, can't hurt to ask.
Ok, I have released mission 4! For the time being they'll be a sad face in a certain link position until someone does something about it >.> <.< >.>
Special thanks to Narudek for contributing a custom model to this mission!
Also I think this may have just been my internet, but I got some lag during the middle section of the game while playing on the arcade. Please let me know if anyone else experiences this. It never happened when I played locally.
I just played Mission 4. Was a fun pretty short mission. I enjoyed all of the dialogue/cutscenes and the psi storm part was really fun. I'm curious as to what happened to Hockleberry now.
Also, I didn't experience any lag playing this on the arcade.

Well since this is basically what the mission briefing for mission 5 is going to be (more or less), I don't consider it to be much of a spoiler. Wargirl has no idea where Jayborino currently is, and she can't get in touch with TacoManDan (who is presumably still under cover with Jayborino). She gets word of where Narudek is, and knowing him and Jayborino are besties, she decides to pay him a visit.
I'm wondering if I should add the healing baneling as a buildable unit in macro missions. It's pretty strong, so It'd probably need to be expensive. Currently it does 25 initial healing, and an extra 50 over 10 seconds. Maybe I should make it train at the baneling nest instead of morphed from zerglings. Perhaps a cost of 100/100 or 75/100? It affects a pretty large radius too, so it usually hits your whole army as long as they aren't too spread out.
Mission 5 is in its balance/bug testing phase. I just played a match on hard. I felt the attacks were just about right to where I had to be paying attention at all times, but I never felt overwhelmed. But I ended up quitting when my main and expo essentially ran out of resources. So I think I'm going to significantly increase their resource amounts.
I've released mission 5. I think it's harder than missions 2 and 3. Not sure how it stacks against mission 1. But hey, you're facing off against Narudek in this one, and he's a really strong guy. Still I think the average player should be able to beat it on normal and casual. But expect some difficulty on hard and brutal!
Mission 6 is gonna be the last one in this series, though maybe I'll make a season 2 or something where you play as terran.
I think it'd be fun to see some videos of the people whose names are used as the main characters to do a playthrough+commentary. Jaybornio has already started his. Now I'm looking at you, Wargirl, Hockleberry, and Eivindl. :P
