Hi! Sorry for the delayed answer, I've just read your post.
To install the game and play it offline, you have to copy all the mod files into a folder named "Mods" in your SC2 installation folder. Then, you have to copy the maps into a folder named "Maps" in your SC2 installation folder.
After copying everything, you have to open the map you want to play with the "SC2 galaxy editor" (it's in the SC2 installation folder) and press ctrl + f9 (or go to file -> test map) after it's loaded.
NOTE: Notice that our project is still very young, and a WIP, you might prefer to play the project of SCMR team linked in my previous post

So I want to help you popularize this mod in China.

today i spent some time comparing your mod and another broodwar mod currently for SC2 aviable.
so, to feedback...
Bug first
sound when playing Protoss. Not enought minerals and you must build additional pylon was... like 2x or 3x speed (making it high-sound and extremely short :D ) ... thats about it...
Gameplay
Buildings - try to run that another mod, they have some really.... strange... building sizes (that i dont approove), but their buildings have 1 specific broodwar attribute... you wont build full wall, just like it was in BW (exept of exact building placement as terran, but i wasnt much able to do that in BW so didnt tried it there) its a little thing but really helps that BW feeling :)
Supply depot - dont know if not to put it into bugs, but 3*3 grid, thats a bit too large
Shield battery - cosmetic one, a bit more subtle (not beam) effect would be really nice, more BW-like and i think better :)
micro -
observed on probe - attack on move like it was in BW is missing
observed on vulture, reaction time between patrol command and attack seems like a bit slow... I might be wrong at this, but it felt like that other mod had this one a bit better...
this applies for both :)
Im not sure how much game engine limits you on theese micro problems...
I will send more problems or ideas later if i find any :)

ps. what about something like creating 'official broodwar channel' for this mod to make it easier to find an opponent (and to give us yet another reason to never play normal SC2 again :D ) ? :)
As for building sizes mentioned in other mod, i checked out in BW, they really had those , but it looks strange for SC2 terrain and mineral positions

A word about performance... I dont know why, but while playing your mod, i encounter small freezes in every game. As this problem doesnt occur on any other mod, it is most likely that a problem is something with this mod.

yeah, freeze for several seconds (around 2s maybe) few times a game... nothing game breaking or something, occurs at simmilar rate as crash to desktop in Skyrim :D but still its there... As I said, I dont know why it happens. It can also be my PC being a little too slow, so that would mean problem is little bit better computer required than for SC2 :)
When i have time, i will try if its persistent with different graphical settings or something and send update.
Added new models: fan doodad, Overmind cocoon, Floor Gun Trap, Floor Missile Trap, Installation Stairs, Protoss Temple, Wrecked Norad II, Wall Flame Trap, Wall Missile trap.
Added a simple animation to Scarab. It also shines more now.
Renamed several textures and models, to avoid them to overwrite the originals. Please inform (or fix) if you find a wrong model, wireframe or button in a unit/ability.

Edited Raynor's portraits textures to make him look younger.
Added several wireframes/buttons: Guardian, Archon, Corsair, Infested Command Center.
Replaced Medic restoration icon.
Added passive buttons to Protoss and Terran buildings.

Scarab now has an impact model.
Protoss damaged buildings now start burning instead of having electrical sparks (aesthetic).
Fixed drone’s missile actor.
Fixed Bengalas Death animation.
Fixed selection radius and size: Cerebrate, Overmind
Made Dark Swarm visual effect more clear
Removed Clan Decals From buildings
Replaced several death animations with dummy ones
Added Shuttle death animation.

Those new portraits you have are true art. They are exactly what anyone would expect out of a remake. I know that I already asked, and I'm not being impatient or anything, but how soon can this mod be ready?
For now you can play with the multyplayer in the Arcade, the multy maps is named with SCR.
For the Campaign we are working in Episode 1 and we decided to include the features of the novel Liberty's Crusade, we don't know with sure when the first episode of the campaign will be ready, but when will be we will made it downloadable here or directly playable in Arcade ;)
Question...Is it Possible to get this models PLEASE! I have been Working on a map since July for my friend. He Likes Starcraft 1 But Wants to play it in starcraft 2 as a custom map but I have until the Week Before Thanksgiving before he goes to Boot Camp for the Marines :(...

freeze? We never have this problem, and nobody told to us this problem too

I tested it now, I had fun with it, the freeze for 2-3 sec happened for me too twice. How is the progress of the campaigns?

The project is multylingual. For now we have Italian, English and Spanish dub, but we want add others ;)
