Except for the Lair problem. The only problem I found is that the hidralisk does not take the sking of the strain I choose. It is the normal hidralisk, but with the option of lurker or impaler.
That's intentional. It's the way I designed it, so I don't have to edit properties for two seperate units. (Lazyness mostly :P)

Well. Is perfect as it is, then. Maybe someone will tell you that you need a Ping to tell you where to go in the first part. But for me it's fine. Wonderful job.

Another great zerg mission, really enjoyed both parts, especially the macro one (even on this one the main strategy is to split your army and defend your base/The objective with Krayen), loved also the terrain, good stuff
* I only got a few problems on this map
*The map is imho too dark, not a real problem but still a bit annnoying
* I also encountered a bug that made me lose instantly, pratically when you get to the macro portion, a cutscene starts after few minutes, if you are under attack by the zerg and the cutscene starts, it pops up the defeat screen because "all your structures have been destroyed", a strange bug, never seen something like that
Huh, that's funny. I believe I paused every unit on the map, so they should not have been able to attack you during the cutscene. I'll have to take a look at that sometime.
EDIT: Shit, I just looked on the minimap, you did this on ONE base? On Brutal? :0000

Yes, Brutal as alwais, wait... There was an expansion?? How could i've been so dumb... Imho guardians are the best on this campaign, they saved me on so many occasions... Like this one... I tried Torrasques but it didn't work out
*EDIT: I checked the editor, there were two expansions... Well they were distant from my main base, but the nearest could have been usefull, easily defended with some spines/lings and queen/guardians
Dude, you are a beast! If I try to do this mission on Brutal on just one base - That's just bad news.
Yeah. I honestly think it's pretty funny that literally the only two areas of the map that you hadn't explored were the locations of the expansions :P

Thanks, i use saves on Brutal if i see that the mission is going well... My strategy was to skip all tech and go for air superiority/high sustain (i tried a mix of ground units with no success... Why the parasite can't be hitted by meelee anyway? this fact cut off any sort of meelee build imho) because i know that zerg doesn't have burst damage/splash damage... I was so focused on completing the objective / defending the broodmother that i didn't even scouted the map properly... Next time i will scout better :)
It can't be attacked by melee because of the pool. Newborn parasites nest within it, so stepping into the pool would basically force your units to be infected. As long as you keep your distance from the liquid itself, you're good to go. I know it sucks, but in terms of the story progression, it makes sense to prevent melee units from being effective.

I have released a small patch for Mission 17 & 20.
Patch Notes:
A20: Fixed an issue causing Krayen to have a maximum health of 550 as opposed to 1000 after finishing Metamorphosis.
A20: Fixed an issue causing players to be able to walk past the third Queen Parasite pool and not trigger the cutscene until they enter the intended area.
A20: Fixed an issue causing corrupted Daggerfang units controlled by an Infestor's "Parasitic Domination" to continue having the "Frenzy" buff for its full duration if used during the Frenzy event.
A17: The Zerg and Protoss bases no longer receive the 100% attack damage bonus, allowing players to take them out, and making the Idu'ran allies more useful when engaging the enemy.
A17: Fixed a typo.
I've decided to remove the buff from the Zerg and Protoss bases in Mission 17. I think this is better for everyone, especially those who haven't played the campaign yet. It also makes the ally much more useful, as even when they push against the side-bases, you can assist them and possibly relieve some pressure. I've tested it, and due to the bases being so heavily defended, and the large chance to being attacked from one of the other 4 bases, you require really good timing and commitment in order to fully destroy the bases, so it can be challenging to successfully eliminate a base.
However, those who do manage to time things out perfectly, should be rewarded, and now they will be.
