Yeah, It definitely seems like random text just to see how the briefing system is working. Though the "En Taru Adun" was very odd.

Discord - Discord is a custom fan made campaign. When it's done it will have 30 missions and cover 3 interwoven stories.

Yeah, it's a test, but I was very serious with "En Taru Adun", which, as was stated, supposed to be "En Taro Adun".
Take-away lesson: Being seriously serious, can lead to mistaken mistakes.
But I think I trolled Deltron there with some measure of success. hehe
[Seriously] though, I'm going to need someone to check for mistakes in the future, pertaining to Dialogue text. Spelling, punctuation, and some suggestions for better phrasing (without going "out of character").
I want to use the Spartacus style with Zergund.
Regarding the issue, DL, I had to use "Window" recording to get the dialog to show up. Using the "Game" recording option makes the dialog disappear as the recording continues seconds after the dialog is shown.
New docking Objectives Panel added. It slides in and out of view!
Top and bottom bars added into the briefing panel.
Transmission dialog now slides into view. The sound in the video for the swipe might need to be changed.
Batteries not included.

It would be neat if you could have the Play button for the Objectives Panel flash when it first appears or whenever a new objective is added or one is changed. The button would stop flashing after it has been clicked.

Started working with a sub mod for Mass Recall v6, along side this one. It may or may not become the main dependency for SC2S 2016.
My main issue when depending on another mod is stability. Changes might lead to broken stuff on my end, so there's a good chance Survivors will have its own mod, independent from SCMR 6 vanilla/retro.
Anyway here's a video and pic of a modified HT: (apologies for the video, youtube seems to have broken the first minute)
Hey man! I'm really enjoying that briefing. I have a couple of suggestions though.
On Aldaris I feel like his hood should move a little bit like cloth. I like how it doesn't move like it's a piece of the head but maybe if it follows the movements just slightly.
Also seeing him with Zergund's portrait portrait I realize his texture might be slightly too smooth. Maybe add a little rough effect to his skin.
The HT also looks amazing and I like the slow movement so much! The wide arms feel so right too. I made one with the skirt a while back and with more subdued arm animation and didn't realize they would look so good out like that.
I will be getting back on Alradis. I'm not sure if I'm going to attach his crown to his head though, as I think it doesn't move with him in broodwar. But a comprimise is good. Maybe just slightly have it move along with his face.
Anyway, as for now, I'm working on a new carrier, so I will be back to Aldaris later on.
Anyway here's a sketch in max.
The parts are from the old carrier, which I will remodel. They're just for reference and blocking.

A test of the briefing room, featuring Aldaris and Zergund.
I'm not happy with the dialog, but if nothing else, I may settle with just trying to make this work.
Note: There is an issue with OBS and SC2 when running dialogs in game above a cutscene. If anyone knows a fix, please let me know.
The dialog has portraits at different Rendering priority. Maybe that's where the problem is.

Great stuff on the protoss briefing room, I especially like the lighting. Also, that Aldaris portrait is sick.
What exactly is the issue? I don't see anything wrong with the recording.

I tried it. But somehow the button gets messed up when I call the flash trigger.

How do you attach hero glwo properly? What hero glow are you using? I attached to my hero hero glow but after dead...the glow is on the ground :c
Edit the stukov hero glow actor's events+. Add your hero's birth into the events, and do a create.
