lol I envy those schedules (2-4 weeks per mission). It's been taking me like 5-10 months per mission so far. Also envious of those sketches. Have to draw the in Microsoft paint and they still look like shit (and rarely resemble the final map due to the amount of changes).
Actually, the schedule for AE08 is 1-2 weeks now! :D I do generelly work kinda fast, though, which is easier when you have the experience and the routines.
My sketches change when they become maps too, actually. However, I feel they help me by guiding me in the right direction.
BTW, anyone have any ideas for a terrain setting for the campaign launcher?

Haha, am I such a rip-off? Note that there is lava on the low ground, but the fog is so thick you can't see it from that angle (I used the fog from All-In, which creates a really cool effect where the lighting is different for each cliff level).

I played the Aureolin Exlipse ... i can't play any of your missions. Like the AI is killing me in some minutes. First wave is ok but second one .. Thors<sub> siege tanks ... like what???</sub>
The high difficulty is what actually prevents me from playing any campaign in the series. When the AE protoss mission was released I was like, oh well at least that one I can do, being a former Protoss diamond player and all, and then I lost anyway ^^

If EvindL campaign is hard, (y a lot of mission are hard) expect to try Narudek campaigns (Brood Wrath and Vortex of the Void) on Brutal (Especially mission 5 on original difficulty, i had to snipe air fleets with Ultralisks bioplasmids :D), that man has lost his brain many years ago i am afraid, and now is a mad sadistic mapmaker, i didn't see something so bastard from these maps ... TUM TUM TUM !!!
Number 1) http://www.sc2mapster.com/maps/vendetta/ Vendetta means "vengeance" on italian, and wtf you will seek revenge for being forced to kill someone after playing this map, is total bullshit, attacks from 3/4 direction, divided by 30 seconds, i can't remember how much time i needed to defeat this piece of crap! BTW Awesome mission :D

Jk, it's all good. Honestly, I'm looking forward to see what's going to be happening. We're ever so slowly nearing the conclusion of the trilogy! :D

Putting the finishing touches on AE08 as we speak. Will send it to the testers soon enough, and release it along with AE07 by the end of the week.

I have to change in map always the difficulty on medium or hard because the brutal is unplayable. for mission 8.

No, it does not.
The difficulties are set in triggers. I don't understand how every mission can be made on brutal difficulty.
Mission 01 ok , mission 2 / 3 / 5 / 8 are too speed = you have to be really fast.
