Have you considered giving the framer, aside from it's ability to 'frame' other players, the ability to 'unframe' mafioso? As in - he can target a friendly mafioso to make him seem unsuspicious per night. It might be too strong, but the framer can be really weak most of the games, and this would give him a little boost.
The Framer and Lawyer roles being condensed into one is indeed too strong. It essentially makes Cop information nearly useless; not only are Guilty messages suspect, Innocent messages are suspect as well. Besides, there are not many targets for the Framer/Lawyer to unframe in most games of Mafia, since the average count is 3 (leaving just 2 people to choose from, then usually 1 once one of them is killed). You could point out the relative super-strength of the Janitor as a counterpoint, but I am limiting the amount of successful cleanups he can do in the next version.
I like the new changes. But a few things: Wat is lawyer, why did you remove the role list in the Help section that helped us know what a role's abilities are (Like if Godfather can be invulnerable or not) and can you give me 500 points?

Oh, and my friends and I enjoyed playing Battle Mages while we were bored a while back. We did an overnight lan party like 3 times. Just saying because you suck.
Stop adding roles, and put more polish into the game. Especially the terrain, we shouldn't see map edges, and making the night shots livelier might be nice for citizens and such. Better UI images would also be cool.
Citizen's not supposed to have a bunch of abilities. And the Spy is already the Mafia's worst nightmare.
And I'm not exactly sure how I'm supposed to make the night shots livelier without programming a whole damn Grand Theft Auto city that works in the background. Needless to say, that would take way too long. It's like spending half the game budget on the skyboxes. Major updates for Mafia already take 50+ hours, and that's just with 5 new roles. I can't do anything about the UI art, either, because I am not a texture artist. The existing graphics are not mine. Also, the terrain is not getting any bigger, because that means more stuff for people's old graphics cards to draw... and thus more lag.
Other bits of polish like cinematics at night, unique UI art, etc. would take me an obscene amount of time. If that stuff ever gets done it would be in a very, very long time from now.
Which moderator would that be? It could be that same guy who managed to hack it last time by skimming the cache or net traffic for the passwords a legit moderator uses.
I'm sorry, I don't really remember their names. They seemed to be different people though because it happened on different days.
The first guy got into an argument with half the game because of the way he was using his power. He warned almost everyone until he was killed and booted a few people as well.
The guy yesterday warned a fair few people as well, one of them being someone who was trying to defend themselves on the stand. He hadn't done anything wrong and then after the mod himself died, he booted him.
I can appreciate the usefulness of a mod, especially when people are afk or lagging, however I have only seen it disrupt the game rather than help it. Maybe I am just getting the short straw when it comes down to moderators though.

DR, little suggestion I figured might be fun;

We actually came up with a possibly interesting role on map night;
Psychic
Ability: Gains access to graveyard chat at night.
I can understand if you want to seperate GY chat and the main game (because people usually reveal stuff in there), but I s'pose you can consider it?
That roles already being considered I think - called Spirit Medium.
A Neutral role, possibly aligned with Cultists.
Yep, the spirit medium is being added some time in the future.
New update with lots of fixes, some new features, and 5 shiny new roles! Also, they gave me a review... http://www.examiner.com/online-games-in-national/mafia-starcraft-ii-review
There are too many damn roles!

Would rather, weaker roles gained more options/tick boxes with extra abilities - Spy / Citizen specifically.

I have been really enjoying this game, however recently I have noticed something that has been ruining games.
Every person who is a moderator that I have come across abuses their power and kicks people from the game without a legitimate reason.
If possible, would you consider making this more like the ability to initiate a vote to kick from the game rather than an absolute power kick?
Other than that, I have about 1500 points because I have played this so much! It's an awesome game, you have done a great job on it!
