You should get in touch with gradius or sixen via PM. They seem to know people at blizzards that could get crimson an arcade highlight or permanent posting on SC2 website.
A little update: Testing has begun for AS07. Lots of changes have been made since the first draft, and the testers have proved invaluable so far. Been really struggling with the balance, and they're as patience and as constructive as I could have hoped for.
Work on mission 08 will begin shortly. AS09 is actually almost finished, and the ending cinematic is the best cinematic I have ever done. It has action, cool use of fog, great music, and an emotional hook that will leave you drained! I dare anyone to create something to rival it!

I really enjoyed getting back on this project. Map-making is so fun. :) I gotta ask you guys, though: Anything special you would like to see in the final boss battles? Work on AS10 won't begin until I've finished 08/09, so there's room to get some ideas in. Be creative, though!
AS07 is nearing its completion. Here are some early teasers for AS08:
EDIT: By the way, I was wondering if I should consider one of my maps for the Arcade contest. Could be fun. Problem is, they're all part of a whole. A mission like AS06 (the stealth map with the bosses) could be fun, but there's 15 missions preceding it. On the other hand, something like CM01 would do away with that, but again, it's still part of a whole...
I say submit something. Those screenshots are pretty amazing. Maybe submit something like the AS2 mission in the caves...some pretty sick camera angles and cinematics. Also, I liked the degree of challenge of that map....balancing the destruction of the rocks with managing your base, but you don't have to be a grandmaster to win.
You should get in touch with that guy Traaysent from Blizzard. He has an account on Mapster. I think he would be able to get your Crimson Moon maps featured on that Arcade spotlight.
Wow, that looks amazing! Love what you did with the lighting there. Also, regarding the arcade contest, I say do it. It could draw more people to play the whole campaign(s) if they find the map interesting.

That is very impressive terrain. Nice job :D

StarCraft II: Annihilation Campaign - A 24 mission single-player campaign featuring unique heroes, custom tracks, boss battles, a varied set of mission scenarios and three intersecting storylines.
That's really impressive, EivindL, yet it's a bit worrying: Won't it just kill down processors, on just how demanding will be the processing power for all the fire and smokes?
I don't think it will be too demanding. It's more lagging for cinematics, actually, but that's because of the camera angles. If you go from bird's view to grunt's view, it's more demanding. That being said: I haven't tested the gameplay yet.
EDIT: The map played wonderfully, both aesthetically and gameplay-wise.
So, I played AS06 yesterday, and finally managed to complete it, only with the help of tons of saves. It was awesome. I really hope you'll make more of these boss battles for later levels because they really made the game interesting, and you're also good at it.
One thing I want to know, what music did you use during the boss fight with Phantom Locust? I loved it, but I can't seem to find it on your list of tracks used.

Glad you liked it. Yes, there will be more boss battles, primarily in AS10. They'll bit a bit different, though. You'll have more durability, more abilities, etc. You'll be able to fight back in a larger scale.
The music in the boss fight versus Phantom Locust is "" from MGS: Twin Snakes. I'll update the music section (I'll also include the tracks from AS07 AS08 and AS09, even though those missions aren't out yet). The tracks are listed chronologically.

Alright, sounds good :D
And thanks for updating the section btw

AS09 is sent to the testers. They can struggle with that, while I will be taking a week's break before embarking on AS10. Going home to my parents, only bringing my laptop (which doesn't have SC2). I need some time to plan the mission, anyway, plus school needs some attention as well.
I updated my campagin tutorial with a focus on map structure. Check it out!
Progress on AS10 is slow. I have 1/4 of the terrain and some of the gameplay of the first part first, but it isn't very playable yet. It looks good so far, but I've been busy with school and watching TV shows (yes, I know).
I have 3/4 of the terrain now, and about 1/2 of the gameplay.
EDIT: I've worked all day. Terrain-wise, I only lack the third boss arena (the last one). I have gameplay for part 1, part 2, and the first boss fight. Need to finish the other two fights. I expect to finish this sometime this week, and have the entire campaign available public before April 11th.
All right, this is from one of the boss fights in AS10. It's been both a joy and chore working on it, but I'm nearing completion on it now. Rose now fires banshee missiles that can be dodged, but it fires a laser that always hits if you get to close to its front. The nukes are obviously still a factor.
I don't know, but I hope to be extended the same courtesy, and not just to inflate my own ego, as I hope to have a larger campaign scene.
