This was from the recent Q1 earnings call for 2013. It looks like both Titan and Blizzard Allstars are being planned for 'Long Term', which probably means they won't be seeing the light this year.
The good news about this is it means there could potentially be more upgrades to the SC2 editor because of this. Some more map space is always welcome in my books!
I don't think it cut in front as much as the game is much more easily produced, considering it's a card game loosely based on their own TCG. It's also got little risk in release due to its low development cost and lack of market competition.
Blizzard Allstars is going up against the big league MOBA's, which is probably why they're taking their sweet time developing it. TBH though, all I really want out of it are the models for custom maps. Oh well, here's to Legacy of the Void....

And then, Mojang makes a CCG called Scrolls, not to mention the Kickstared Hex is in the market, and cetera.
Personally, I can't wait until blizzard fanboys stop whining about Sc2 is better! and start saying that All-Stars improved the MOBA genre. This way, they have a direct comparative for DotA2 and LoL!
Hmm, according to this slide everything past 2013 is long-term, and I think no one would have expected to see an All-Stars release in 2013 anyways?
They probably aim for summer 2014 right now, so since it is Blizzard I would expect it to come out a couple of months before or after the new WoW expansion. That's all wild speculation though, who knows how big they want to make All-Stars and how much time it will take to develop. Maybe it's an actual long-term project aiming for 2015-2016.
Also Sixen, don't be sad. Blizzcon is almost here and I'm sure they will show a ton of All-Stars information to feed your desires ;)

Well, according to the BlizzCon 2010 docs, BAS was going to be released "in a few months," and was supposed to come out with the other custom maps they released (Auir Chef, Star Jeweled, etc). But yes, we should hear a lot more at BlizzCon 2013, and the restarting of Titan gave BAS more devs, so we'll see!

Seriously, though. should be "fun"
Sc2 and LoL is non comparitive however, Dota on WC3 is Better, much much better, though Sotis blows lol.

@Triceron: Go Damn... If we consider SC: Ghost was also moved to 'long-term' I have a baaad feeling about it. ;-)

is it just me or did hearthstone cut in front of all stars.
Still alive and kicking, just busy.
My guide to the trigger editor (still a work in progress)
