I would love some help on this too!! I think right now abilities is what I am on next for my learning curve!
I have already learned how to attach any ability/gun/attack to units, and change the basics of the ability. I do not know how to make my own little twist in it, I am guessing it has to do with Behaviors and Effects... But I am not sure!

hi, i'm new with the editor and i'm trying to create an ability.
i have currently copyed the hunter seeker missile and changed the model, and some other stuff.
but i want it to spawn another ability after the seeker missile hits its target, for example after it hits it spawns the templar psi storm.
does anyone know how i could do that?

yeah, the data editor is much more confusing than how i remember the wc3 editor, hope they make it more "noob" frendly when the full game is out :p
ok i tried using some triggers, and i almost got it, but the psi storm spawns before the missile hits : \
