I'm currently making a melee map, more specific; A team monobattle map.
I have an experience system, that grants you experience if you win/pick random unit/and yes, even if you lose but it wont give as much as a win ofc.
Anyway for the experience you obtain you will be able to unlock special features that you can pick in the begining of the game.
And.. here is where my ideas run out, I'm semi finished with the system, just not sure what fun things I could add.
So far I have four ideas, and it's the two standard buttons you should have from the begining no matter how little or much exp you have (unless you have another idea for begining extra button feature) and two other ones:
Minerals: 50 minerals.
Worker: Get one extra worker.
Cancel: Don't pick any bonus, instead it will give you +1 exp after 5 minutes.
Supply: 6 more in max supply.
My idea is, not to make any overpowered extra features, just some small, or fun ones, it should not be easier to win the higher experience you have, just unlock more fun/a bit useful extra features to select in begining before game starts.

Story how I came up with the idea: I noticed how many people played monobattle.. some people whole day long, how can I make those players feel extra rewarded and increase their fun-factor playing the same kind of arcade map?
