Hey guys, we're currently looking for a few new members to help develop Aeon of Storms, the most robust Action RTS on Starcraft II. If you are interested, send us an inquiry here. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge or prior experience that will allow them to satisfy the respective role.
XML/UI Specialist
Function: Will work on building .xml solution for minimalist, feature-rich UI, while maintaining original functionality.
Assistant Data Specialist
Function: Responsible for investigating and documenting new technology in Galaxy Editor.
Localization Specialist
Function: Will be responsible for developing a method for language localization to ruRU, koKR, and zhCN. Will be in regular communication with a team of 4 translators and their respective communities to work together on implementing and maintaining translations. Should be familiar with excel, batch files, and how localization works. Speaking and writing skills in Russian, Korean, or Traditional Chinese a plus.
Oh tainted wisp... forever hating on SOTIS.... oops I mean Aeon of Storms ;P. Can I be the suggester of new hero development and gaming mechanics ideas.
Suggestions:
1) A fresh new Hero select screen that isn't so busy. Probably a simple hero selection screen like street fighter and mortal kombat.
2) A credit system and an item screen in the start up menu, in which playing the game rewards individuals for constantly playing by allowing them to purchase new heroes, alternate textures, as well as special modes or whatever. (HOWEVER, DO NOT CREATE ITEMS THAT ALLOWS PLAYERS TO BUFF UNITS TO A IMBA LEVEL)
3) Unique game style abilities not necessarily pulled from DOTA or LOL or HON. I would imagine when the assest from blizzard dota arrive some kick a$$ new abilities will arise.
Considering how you guys have treated about a dozen different map makers I'm not sure you would be the wisest asking for help.

Does this mean you can't figure a few things out? You should ask for help... Oh wait thats right you guys had to go and be dicks to a bunch of really skilled mappers.
You survived because the popularity system killed all the competition. Given what I've seen of some of the buried and canceled maps if 1.5 had been out from square one you would have had a 6 month run at best.
Edit: I hear that you even told one of the developers of the original and true Aeon of Storms to "go yourself" when he offered to balance your game. Smooth move.

Pretty sure the editor does not translate into foreign languages, the management of which, is called localization.
