Recruiting data editor for a map of type Team Hero Survival.
Your primary job will be to assist in the creation of Heroes and their abilities.
I have knowledge of the data editor high enough to complete the project myself. However, I lack the time or attention span to do so. While I am willing to walk you through the creation of the more complicated abilities, I would prefer you not rely on my help for everything.
More importantly, I seek personality compatibility over technical skills. You should be funny. You will be required to "get" my jokes, as well as occasionally come up with funny jokes of your own. This will greatly improve the development environment.
I will likely make prototypes of the more unique and complicated abilities myself. It will be your job to do the tedious, boring stuff, such as giving an ability multiple levels.
You will also be welcome to make prototypes of abilities you think should be added. If they're good, and you can justify their addition from a design standpoint, they will be added. In other words, you'll be doing both incredibly boring jobs plus incredibly interesting jobs. Whether an ability is added to the game is my final decision. Whether an ability takes two weeks to make or two hours is irrelevant. The most important aspect of an ability is whether it is fun.
The workload level will be completely dependent on what I feel like doing. Your feedback will be considered as much as you want it to be. If you prefer taking a strictly data-oriented job with not opinion, then you won't be required to give creative input. However, if that is the case, the project may take longer.
Disclaimer: I am incredibly difficult to work with. It could be the case that I'm completely impossible to work with. I've never attempted working with others before. You have the honor of being the guinea pig.
