I see this every time I look at the Team Recruitment forums, someone asking for a bunch of stuff, but not willing to share information about the project itself because they're worried about their map being stolen. Therefore I suggest we get a list of basic questions that should be answered if you want to recruit/start a team so that everyone has a better idea of what you're trying to accomplish. I'll start with a few useful pieces of info that should be in your post, feel free to respond to the topic and I'll add it to the list. Going through this checklist will answer the basic questions, and give people an understanding of what you want.
What region do you play in?
What time zone are you, and what hours are you available?
What are some methods of contact(msn, skype, AIM, etc..)?
What are you doing for this project?
What roles do you need filled?
What do you have done on the map up to this point? Please try to include images or videos.
A description of the project/team itself so people know what they're getting into.
How much time are you willing to invest in this project per week?
Who else is working on the project?
Consolidating the answers to the above questions into a paragraph would also be a nice touch, rather than just listing the questions and answers.
