I'm currently looking to start development on an AoS style game. I am NOT reproducing DotA/HoN, I'm hoping to take the game in a slightly different direction, however while staying true to the genre. I'm looking for some like minded individuals that might be interested in this project. Currently I'm focusing on data/trigger, I'm looking for one or more talented individuals with experience in data/triggers, and one or more talented individuals with art skills (3d/2d modeling, etc).
Originally I was going to do an Final Fantasy themed AoS game, and that might still be the case. However I'm open to ideas.
I'm not sure how I forgot that one, but I'd definitely be interested. I have some ideas for terrain, but I would like to hear yours. Feel free to pm over the board.
There's an idea I had a while ago for an RTS/AoS hybrid. Each hero has at least four spells and so on - the usual hero stuff. But, each hero can also make buildings which produce units. Dunno about the economy system, theme, level system, etc... You can use it, if you want. Either way, I can do data editing and triggers. But, be warned: My interest level (in anything) is sort of like a sine wave. Some times I'll be obsessive and get a huge percent of the stuff done in a day; other times I probably won't touch GalaxyEdit. It'll average out to be pretty fast, though. ;P
i'm not sure if your still working on this project but i would be willing to help. I am experienced with the data and trigger editor. I'll PM you too as I'd like to get in touch.
I think Meta pretty much canceled this project. I did the terrain for it and got a PM saying he was busy with other stuff now. I've still got the terrain if you'd like to do something with it though, Gaurus.

Have you got a terrainer? You don't list it, but I'd probably be interested in doing that...
Edit: I'm not a fan of FF though, and if you go with that I'm not sure whether I'd be able to make a FF-like terrain.
