After a point, balancing/playtesting is just "Released and waiting for feedback". But "Trigger work" is "stuff is yet missing from the game".
What kind of trigger work more specifically? I am a trigger-er, and if you feel some minor trigger work is the only think keeping you from a release, I am sure someone here (Possible me, if it is something I feel capable of) will jump in the help you get your project released.
People are far more willing to jump in and help a project which is almost there, than to do all the structure work for a project that has barely been started. If you believe you are close, I will see what I can do.
